Experienced real estate finance attorney role on a national Real Estate Finance & Capital Markets team. This position is a team-attorney (non-partnership-track) role with a lower billable-hour expectation and minimal non-billable requirements, intended for experienced transactional lawyers who prefer a focused practice over partner-track obligations.

Work involves representing commercial real estate lenders and servicers on financing matters; experience with CMBS and commercial mortgage servicing is a plus but not required. The team handles complex commercial real-estate finance matters across multiple U.S. offices; hybrid and remote arrangements are available.

Approximately 6 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate finance
Strong transactional experience representing lenders, servicers, or sponsors on commercial real-estate financings
CMBS experience preferred but not required
Excellent academic and writing record; ability to work efficiently on team-driven matters
