Mid-to-senior level associate role on a national intellectual property litigation team, open to candidates for the firm’s New York, Washington, DC, or Seattle offices. The position involves handling high-stakes patent disputes in federal court, before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and in PTAB proceedings across technology sectors such as semiconductors, telecommunications, medical devices, software, fintech and biotech.

Day-to-day work includes researching and developing litigation strategy, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing for depositions/hearings/trials, supporting expert work, and assisting on appeals. The role offers intensive exposure to cutting-edge IP litigation and regular collaboration with senior litigators.

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic record
Bar admission or eligibility in the state of practice
3–7 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent litigation and experience with federal court, ITC and/or PTAB proceedings
Technical background or degree in a relevant science/engineering field; demonstrated experience with technical subject matter (e.g., semiconductors, software, telecommunications, medical devices, fintech, biotech)
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced team environment
