Senior associate role in a market-leading technology team advising on AI, data protection, cybersecurity and complex technology transactions. The practice acts on cross-border tech M&A, strategic commercial agreements, regulatory and compliance work and tech public policy for major corporate and investor clients.

You will work with multidisciplinary internal teams and external stakeholders to design and execute legal strategies on AI governance, data transfers, incident response and digital compliance. The role offers exposure to high-value, cross-border mandates, opportunities for thought leadership, and direct collaboration with global specialists.

6+ years' post-qualification experience at a top-tier international law firm or in-house.
Demonstrable expertise in cross-border technology regulation, AI, data protection and cybersecurity.
Experience leading complex projects and advising at board/executive level; strong drafting and client-facing skills.
Familiarity engaging with UK/EU regulators and shaping regulatory responses; ability to work across multiple jurisdictions.
