Top-tier global IP team is seeking an experienced Trade Mark Associate to join its London office. The role offers exposure to a full-service intellectual property practice handling prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement and strategic advisory work across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will work on managing complex global trade mark portfolios, coordinating multi-jurisdictional filing and enforcement programmes, and advising on contentious and non-contentious matters. You will support commercial transactions, due diligence and client-facing training, and contribute to business development and thought leadership.

Minimum 4 years PQE in trade mark law
Strong experience in trade mark prosecution, portfolio management and coordinating international filing programmes
Experience handling oppositions, invalidity/cancellation proceedings and online brand protection
Commercial mindset, strong organisation and client-facing skills; experience supervising junior staff and contributing to business development
