An established commercial and technology team in London is seeking a 2-4 PQE associate to join its technology, outsourcing and commercial practice. The team advises a broad client base across TME, fintech, retail, consumer brands and business services on technology contracts, advertising/adtech and complex commercial agreements.

The role delivers hands-on drafting and negotiation of cloud, software, systems development, BPO and logistics outsourcing agreements, alongside advertising and marketing/adtech matters and related data protection issues. There is scope to work across sectors on high-quality, often transformational projects and to develop client relationships.

2-4 years' PQE (or equivalent) in commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing.
Practical experience drafting and negotiating cloud/SaaS, systems development, BPO/IT outsourcing and core commercial contracts.
Experience or interest in advertising & marketing, adtech and related data protection issues is highly valued.
Strong commercial judgement, client management skills and commitment to business development.
Collaborative team player with efficient workstyle and an ability to mentor junior colleagues.
