Join a band‑1 intellectual property team in London as a junior‑ to mid‑level Associate or qualified patent attorney. The role combines contentious and non‑contentious patent work with a focus on technology and telecommunications disputes and licensing.

You will advise on patent litigation and licensing matters, including Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) and FRAND issues, and support clients with patent intelligence, valuation and royalty‑rate analysis. The role involves technical problem‑solving, translating analytical results into clear commercial advice, and contributing to client-facing projects.

Qualified solicitor or registered patent attorney with relevant patent practice experience.
Track record in patent litigation and/or licensing work, ideally with exposure to SEPs/FRAND.
Strong technical background (STEM degree or equivalent) and experience working on technically complex matters.
Experience or aptitude in data analysis and processing; strong Excel skills or willingness to develop them.
Excellent communication, organisation and client‑facing skills; able to work collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions.
