The successful candidate will split time between collaborating on large transactions and managing substantial components of deals independently. The team emphasizes a collaborative, collegial and entrepreneurial culture with cross-office coordination on complex matters.

• Several years of corporate/transactional experience representing technology companies, including venture financings, M&A and private/public offerings
• Proven ability to both work on teams and run significant deal components independently
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
