2–4 years of litigation experience; technology-related matters (privacy, cybersecurity, software/IP-adjacent) preferred
Demonstrated experience managing complex cases through pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Strong legal writing, analysis, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to collaborate with technical experts and counsel clients on risk-mitigation for technology and data issues
