High-quality law firm seeks a Technology Transactions Associate to join a national technology practice in the Austin office. The role involves advising life sciences and technology companies across the commercial lifecycle on licensing, collaborations, strategic alliances and technology-focused commercial arrangements.

Work will include drafting, negotiating and advising on licensing and collaboration agreements, supporting technology aspects of M&A and financings, and counseling clients on product strategy and IP commercialization across sectors such as AI, fintech, autonomous vehicles, cybersecurity, biotech and digital health.

3–5 years' post-JD experience in IP and technology transactions
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating licensing, collaboration, and commercial technology agreements
Experience supporting technology issues in M&A, financings or venture matters preferred
Strong research, analytical, drafting and communication skills; ability to manage fast-paced client work
J.D. required and admission to the state bar of the office where the attorney will be located
