Join a national Technology Transactions group as a 2–6 year associate focused on intellectual property and commercial transactions for technology companies. You will help structure, draft and negotiate a range of agreements such as licenses, services, development, distribution and partnering arrangements.

Associates will also support the IP aspects of cross-disciplinary matters including M&A, public offerings and financings. The team values self-motivated, entrepreneurial candidates with a strong interest in technology clients across stages of growth; a technical or scientific background is a plus.

2–6 years' relevant associate experience in intellectual property and technology-related commercial transactions
Proven experience drafting and negotiating license, services, development, distribution or partnering agreements
Exposure to IP issues in M&A, financings or public offerings preferred
Strong academic record and excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills; technical/science background beneficial
