Leading national law firm is seeking a mid‑level associate to join its Technology Transactions & Privacy team. The role is available in multiple U.S. offices, with this posting focused on the New York office; hybrid work options are indicated.

The successful candidate will handle drafting and negotiating licensing and technology agreements, advise on IP issues, and support transactions and commercial matters involving emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, cloud services, fintech and mobile applications. Work will include supporting M&A and financing matters and counseling start‑ups and growth companies on development, manufacturing and product launch issues.

Minimum 4 years of experience in technology transactions, licensing or related IP work
Experience drafting and negotiating software, cloud, licensing, outsourcing or related commercial agreements
Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, fintech, mobile, etc.) and related commercial/IP issues
Experience at a national or AmLaw 50 law firm and strong academic credentials; law school transcript required
