Experienced litigation team seeking associates to handle torts, products liability and general liability matters from a Bay Area-oriented practice. The role supports complex personal injury, catastrophic-loss and product-defect litigation across individual actions, mass torts and MDLs, with substantial exposure to motion practice and trial preparation.

Successful hires will work closely with a highly experienced trial attorney and a national litigation platform, taking ownership of discovery, dispositive motions, depositions and client counseling. Remote and flexible work arrangements are supported for California-licensed candidates.

Minimum ~3 years litigation experience (torts/products liability preferred)
Active California bar admission required
Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills; proven brief-writing experience
Comfort with discovery management, depositions and trial preparation; prior trial exposure a plus
