Seeking an associate to join a busy toxic tort and environmental practice in Chicago. The role focuses on all phases of environmental litigation in state, federal and administrative forums, including coordinated multi-district and multi-site matters.

Ideal candidates will handle case management, discovery, motion practice, hearings, depositions and trials. The team handles matters for a broad client base across industry, government and insurance sectors.

The firm offers competitive compensation and a standard benefits package; the listed salary range for this role is USD $125,000–$150,000.

Admission to the Illinois bar required
2–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in toxic tort and/or environmental matters; strong litigation candidates with demonstrated interest in environmental work will be considered
Proven research and writing skills and experience with motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions and trials
