Growing national litigation practice seeks an experienced associate to join its New York toxic tort/general liability team. The role focuses on defense-side toxic tort and general liability litigation across all phases of dispute resolution, with opportunities to appear in depositions, handle dispositive motions, and participate in trials.

Minimum 3 years of litigation experience; toxic tort experience preferred
Licensed to practice in New York (New Jersey admission a plus)
