Join a well-regarded London IP team advising creative, technology and consumer-facing clients. The group handles a broad mix of trade mark work across sectors such as fashion, media, gaming, and entertainment, including cutting-edge issues around brand protection in the AI space and non-traditional marks.

This is a hands-on role within a busy, expanding practice. You will progress quickly, working on trade mark clearance and prosecution, global portfolio management, and contentious matters alongside experienced trade mark attorneys, paralegals and wider IP colleagues. The team offers structured training, mentorship and clear development pathways.

Newly qualified to c. NQ–1 PQE as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrable attention to detail, strong organisational skills and excellent client-care and communication abilities.
Practical experience of trade mark prosecution, searches, drafting specifications and coordinating filings internationally.
Experience with WebTMS (or similar trade mark management systems) and a willingness to assist with client reporting and billing.
