Leading international practice is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its trade and project finance capability across energy and infrastructure. The role sits on a cross-border platform with established US and UK offices and will work on structured trade, export credit and project financing matters for corporate and financial institution clients.

The team is selective and looking for an experienced originator who can bring a portable portfolio and help scale the practice. The post involves partner-level business development, mentoring junior fee-earners and working with multi-jurisdictional teams.

Proven partner- or senior counsel-level experience in project finance, trade finance or export credit transactions.
Track record advising banks, sponsors or corporate clients on energy/infrastructure financings and structured trade solutions.
Portable book of business or demonstrable origination ability; comfortable leading client relationships and pitching.
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills; experience managing cross-border teams and supervising associates.
