Trademark Associate — Clearance & Prosecution (Washington, D.C.)

Seeking an experienced Trademark Associate to join a busy intellectual property practice focused on clearance and prosecution. The role centers on managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios, conducting complex clearance analyses, and handling sophisticated prosecution matters for name-brand clients.

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required. The position is based in Washington, D.C.; candidates in other major U.S. offices or remote locations will be considered. The team works across entertainment and consumer-facing sectors and handles high-volume, detail-oriented docketing.

• Minimum ~3 years’ direct trademark experience in clearance and prosecution
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
• Experience managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios
• JD or LLM and admission to a U.S. state bar (barred in resident state)
• Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage a high-volume docket
• Experience with entertainment or consumer brands preferred
