Growing intellectual property practice seeks a Trademark Associate to join its Indianapolis office. The role focuses on U.S. and international trademark prosecution, portfolio management, clearance, maintenance and enforcement for a mix of national and global brand clients.

Work will include preparing and prosecuting trademark applications before the USPTO, managing TTAB proceedings and domain name disputes (UDRP), advising on policing and brand-protection strategies, and supporting licensing, anti-counterfeiting and trademark-related litigation. The team collaborates across offices to deliver business-focused IP counseling.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
3–6 years' experience in trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement (U.S. experience required; international exposure a plus).
Experience with USPTO practice, preparing/prosecuting applications, and managing TTAB oppositions/cancellations.
Familiarity with domain-name disputes (UDRP), cease-and-desist drafting, trademark clearance/searches and brand-policing strategies.
Strong research, writing and client-communication skills; ability to work independently and in collaborative, cross-office teams.
Comfort using trademark searching databases and portfolio-management tools; high attention to detail and organization.
