Trademark Associate — Intellectual Property, Dallas

Growing national intellectual property practice seeks a trademark associate to join a busy trademark and advertising team. The role is based in Dallas with flexibility for exceptional candidates to be located in Charlotte, Orange County, or San Francisco.

The successful candidate will work on a mix of trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement matters, plus advertising claims review, label compliance, and related disputes for large brand owners. The team collaborates across offices and emphasizes professional development and a supportive, inclusive culture.

• 4–7 years of trademark experience (clearance, prosecution, enforcement)
• Experience with advertising claims review and label compliance preferred
• Prior experience in a large law firm environment preferred
• Strong academic record and excellent legal writing skills
• Team-oriented, able to manage multiple client matters in a fast-paced setting
• References and writing samples required
