Well-established U.S. law firm is seeking a Trademark Associate to join its Indianapolis IP team. The role focuses on trademark prosecution and portfolio management for domestic and international marks, plus enforcement and brand-protection matters.

Responsibilities include prosecuting applications before the USPTO, managing TTAB proceedings and UDRP/domain-name disputes, conducting clearance searches, handling maintenance and enforcement, and advising clients on policing, licensing, and anti-counterfeiting strategies. The role involves collaboration across offices and direct client work.

Juris Doctor and active bar membership in good standing
3–6 years’ experience in trademark prosecution, portfolio management and enforcement (U.S. experience required)
Practical experience with USPTO filings, TTAB proceedings, UDRPs and domain-name matters
Strong research, drafting and client-management skills; attention to detail and ability to work independently and on cross-office teams
Familiarity with trademark search databases and clearance workflows
