Trademark Associate — Intellectual Property (Multiple US offices)

National law firm seeks a Trademark Associate to join its Intellectual Property team across multiple U.S. offices (Los Angeles, New York, Raleigh, Washington, D.C.). The role focuses on trademark prosecution and portfolio management in a fast-paced firm environment and offers exposure to high-profile matters.

Ideal candidates will have experience with prosecution, enforcement, clearance and counseling, and some exposure to TTAB proceedings or copyright matters. Applicants must be licensed to practice in the state of the office to which they apply and be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Juris Doctor (JD) required and admission to practice in the hiring office's state
• Approximately 2–3 years' trademark prosecution experience
• Experience with trademark prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement, clearance, and counseling
• Some exposure to TTAB proceedings and/or trademark/copyright litigation preferred
• Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Prior law firm experience preferred
