Top-tier intellectual property litigation team seeks a mid-level associate to join its Los Angeles office focusing on trademark and copyright disputes. The role offers substantive courtroom and pre-litigation work on nationally significant matters handled by the group.

Typical responsibilities include all aspects of district-court litigation — discovery management, legal research, motion practice, deposition and trial preparation — with opportunities to handle pre‑litigation investigations, enforcement, settlement negotiations, and contested administrative (TTAB) proceedings.

Approximately 3 years of post-qualification litigation experience with emphasis on trademark and copyright matters.
Experience in federal district-court practice: discovery, motion drafting, and deposition/trial prep.
Familiarity with TTAB proceedings, pre‑litigation investigations, and enforcement preferred.
Excellent legal writing, organization, and client-facing judgment.
