Trademark Staff Attorney — Intellectual Property — Philadelphia, Atlanta or Phoenix

Seeking a non-partnership track Trademark Staff Attorney to join a national firm’s Intellectual Property team in Philadelphia, Atlanta, or Phoenix. The role focuses on domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and brand counseling; familiarity with U.S. copyright matters is a plus.

The position emphasizes excellent drafting and research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a steady docket of filings and client communications. This is a client-facing role that will involve coordination with global trademark counsel and counseling on registration and enforcement strategies.

Applicants must be able to work in the chosen office jurisdiction (active bar admission or ability to waive in required). The role offers mentorship, formal benefits, and professional development within a sizeable national platform.

• Minimum ~3 years’ experience in trademark clearance and prosecution (domestic and international).
• Strong legal writing, research, and attention to detail.
• Active bar admission in the selected office jurisdiction, or eligibility to waive into that bar.
• Experience or familiarity with U.S. copyright law is advantageous but not required.
