Join a transactional operations team as a Transaction Services Lawyer on a fixed-term contract through July 2027. The role supports corporate transactions by managing due diligence and contract review, operating deal rooms and electronic closing processes, drafting closing documents and disclosure schedules, and maintaining closing and minute books.

This is a non-traditional, technology-forward role focused on process efficiency and the implementation of tools that streamline transactional workflows. The position can be based in Ottawa or Toronto, or fully remote within Ontario, offering flexibility in work location.

Called to the Ontario Bar (new calls encouraged to apply)
Corporate law experience, preferably involving M&A, private equity and/or capital markets
Practical experience with due diligence, contract analysis, closings and related transactional tasks
Comfortable with legal technology and adaptable to process change
