Midlevel (3rd–4th year) transactional associate role on an energy and infrastructure team in Houston. The team works across power, renewables, natural gas and upstream sectors on complex deals, financings, and commercial contracts.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial and ancillary transaction documents, coordinating diligence and deal execution, supporting closings and post-closing matters, and working directly with clients and internal specialist teams. The role offers meaningful responsibility and regular partner interaction in a collaborative environment.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Class of 2022 or 2023 (3rd–4th year) with substantive transactional experience; energy/infrastructure experience preferred
3–4 years relevant post-qualification/associate-level experience
Strong drafting, issue-spotting, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple matters and drive workstreams
Admission to and good standing with the Texas bar
Team-oriented, able to coordinate across offices and mentor junior colleagues
