Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial and ancillary transaction documents, coordinating diligence and deal execution, supporting closings and post-closing matters, and working directly with clients and internal specialist teams. The role offers meaningful responsibility and regular partner interaction in a collaborative environment.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Class of 2022 or 2023 (3rd–4th year) with substantive transactional experience; energy/infrastructure experience preferred
- 3–4 years relevant post-qualification/associate-level experience
- Strong drafting, issue-spotting, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple matters and drive workstreams
- Admission to and good standing with the Texas bar
- Team-oriented, able to coordinate across offices and mentor junior colleagues
