Join a well-regarded UK corporate team as the lead Transactional Services Lawyer covering offices including Belfast. The role combines hands-on M&A work with ownership of due diligence processes, reporting standards and improvement initiatives across multiple offices.

You will work closely with corporate deal teams, tax, finance and other specialists to deliver clear due diligence reporting, risk analysis and pragmatic recommendations on domestic and cross‑border transactions. The position also involves partnering with technology and legal project teams to identify automation opportunities and drive efficiency.

This is an opportunity to shape best practice for transaction services, deliver training for lawyers across practice groups, help develop adjacent products (eg. legal audit services) and contribute to business development content for the team.

Minimum 4 years' PQE in Corporate/M&A on UK transactions
Experience or interest in legal technology, process design or project management applied to transaction workflows
Strong written, analytical and communication skills; attention to detail
Commercial, proactive approach with comfort taking responsibility and working across multiple offices
Ability to deliver training and contribute to business development
