Transactional Tax Associate (M&A / Private Equity) — Los Angeles or Atlanta

Top-tier global firm seeks a transactional tax associate to join its corporate practice, supporting M&A and private equity matters. This role is open to candidates based in the Los Angeles or Atlanta offices and offers a hybrid work pattern with regular in‑office presence.

The position emphasizes transactional tax work: conducting legal research, drafting transactional tax documents and provisions, and supporting complex deals from diligence through closing. • JD from an accredited law school
• 2+ years of transactional tax experience (M&A / private equity focus)
• LL.M. in Taxation
