Transactions Associate — Corporate (Silicon Valley / San Francisco / San Diego)

Mid-level corporate associate opportunity on a Transactions team supporting emerging companies, venture capital financings, M&A, private equity, and general corporate counseling for public and private issuers, funds, investors, and entrepreneurs. The role is available in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, or San Diego and involves client-facing transaction work across a range of deal sizes.

The team values collaboration, strong work ethic, and professional development in a fast-paced environment. You will work on financings, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions, with opportunities to develop longer-term client relationships and broaden exposure to capital markets and public company matters.

Strong academic credentials are required. Applicants must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of the California Bar. Candidates should be prepared to submit a resume, transcript, deal sheet, and cover letter indicating office preference.

• 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience (venture/early-stage financings, M&A, dispositions, joint ventures)
• Experience with VC/PE transactions; capital markets and public company reporting experience preferred
• Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills; business development aptitude
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active California bar membership
