Trial Associate — Litigation, Salt Lake City

Growing litigation team seeks a Trial Associate to work on complex civil litigation matters from pleading through trial and appeal. The role offers significant responsibility on active cases, regular courtroom exposure, and meaningful involvement in evidentiary hearings and trials.

Day-to-day duties include legal research, brief writing, discovery management, depositions, trial preparation, and oral advocacy. The position is based in Salt Lake City and operates in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with hybrid work options.

• Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school
