Established national law firm seeks a Trust & Estate Attorney to join its West Palm Beach office within the Taxation & Wealth Planning group. The role focuses on estate planning, tax planning, probate, and trust & estate administration for individual and family clients across a range of wealth levels.

The team handles matters from foundational planning and administration to complex, advanced structures in a collaborative, high-volume environment. The position offers exposure to family office work and advanced planning techniques; strong client-facing and advisory skills are expected.

Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice in Florida
4–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration and related tax matters
LL.M. in Taxation is a plus
Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage complex matters with sound judgment
Experience preparing estate and gift tax returns and advising on tax-efficient transfer strategies preferred
