Seeking an associate to join a dedicated Trust, Estate and Inheritance Disputes team handling contentious probate and fiduciary matters for high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients. The role offers exposure to contested trust and will disputes, accounting and breach of duty actions, conservatorship and elder abuse matters, and related probate litigation.

The position can be based in either Los Angeles or San Diego. Responsibilities include case strategy and drafting, motion and discovery work, client and counsel liaison, preparation for hearings, trials and mediations, and supporting both contentious and some non‑contentious probate filings. The role also involves contributing to business development and the team’s profile.

2–4 years of litigation experience with drafting, research and discovery experience
Experience in probate, trust or estate litigation preferred
Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar
Client‑facing experience and ability to contribute to case strategy
Comfortable working hybrid (office ~3 days/week) and occasionally outside regular hours for urgent matters or trial
