Midlevel associate opportunity in a leading international IP transactions team based in New York. The role focuses on IP-intensive matters across technology, life sciences, consumer products, industrials and manufacturing.

Work will include advising on complex IP-driven aspects of M&A (public and private), financings and securitizations, and strategic licensing, collaboration and joint-venture arrangements. The team seeks candidates with strong drafting, analytical skills and close attention to detail.

4–6 years of IP transactions experience at a major law firm
Demonstrated experience with IP-intensive M&A, financings and strategic licensing/collaboration arrangements
Strong drafting and analytical skills, high attention to detail
U.S. J.D. preferred; admission to the New York bar required
