Called to a Canadian bar
Minimum ~2 years’ experience with knowledge of US immigration law and corporate/business immigration practice
Experience managing a broad caseload in a fast-paced environment and supervising paralegal work
Strong legal research, drafting, client communication and comfort with case/client management systems
