US Immigration Lawyer — Immigration (Sydney)

Well-established global immigration practice is seeking a US-qualified immigration lawyer to join its Sydney team. The role focuses on US corporate immigration and consular work across the APAC region, supporting multinational clients and collaborating with US-based legal teams.

You will manage a varied caseload from eligibility assessment through petition drafting and filing, liaise with US Embassies/Consulates, support global mobility stakeholders, and supervise a small paralegal team. • US JD qualification
• Ideally 5+ years’ experience in US corporate immigration and consular practice
• Demonstrable ability to manage a caseload independently and draft/file petitions
• Strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, and client-service focus
• Experience supervising paralegals or junior team members and working with global mobility teams
