The role offers exposure to sophisticated, cross-border corporate work within a collaborative and development-focused environment, with opportunities for secondments, international experience and structured learning and development.

5+ years' corporate transactional experience in private practice and/or in-house.
Experience or strong interest in venture capital, fundraising and tech M&A.
Excellent drafting, commercial judgment and negotiation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication, analytical ability and attention to detail.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and engage with clients.
