Typical responsibilities include managing caseloads, taking depositions, conducting discovery, representing clients before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, and handling trial preparation and advocacy.

The team handles a wide range of claim types and expects strong litigation skills and courtroom experience.

1–7 years of workers' compensation litigation experience
Admission to the Rhode Island Bar required
Experience with depositions, discovery and appearances before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board
Strong trial preparation and advocacy skills
