General Liability Associate Attorney — Providence

Growing General Liability team in Providence is seeking an associate with 2–7 years of litigation experience to handle insurance-defense matters. The role involves full-case responsibility across case management, discovery, motion practice, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials.

Ideal candidates will have strong research and writing skills, courtroom experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior trial attorneys. Admission to the Rhode Island and Massachusetts bars is required.

• 2–7 years post-qualification litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or general liability
• Experience with case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, and trials
• Strong research, drafting and advocacy skills
• Admission to the Rhode Island Bar and Massachusetts Bar required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a busy defense practice; employment-law experience a plus
