Associate, Insurance M&A — New York

High-performing corporate associate role on an established Insurance M&A team in New York. The group handles a full range of insurance-sector transactions, including M&A, private equity-backed deals, and related regulatory and transactional work.

The hire will join a deep, multi‑disciplinary deal team advising insurers, reinsurers, and financial sponsors on domestic and cross‑border transactions. The role offers exposure to complex deal structures and opportunities to take substantive drafting and project-management responsibility.

• 3–6 years' corporate/M&A experience with exposure to insurance transactions
• Strong drafting and transactional skills; comfort managing deal execution and client communications
• J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to the bar or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams on complex, time-sensitive matters
