Mid-Senior Associate, Global Corporate — New York

Experienced corporate associate role within a globally-oriented M&A practice based in New York. The team works on cross-border and domestic transactions for private equity and corporate clients in a collaborative, close-knit environment.

The role offers regular exposure to buyouts, strategic M&A and other transactional matters, with opportunities to work on complex deals alongside senior lawyers across offices.

• 3–8 years' post-qualification experience in M&A and general corporate/transactional work
• Experience advising private equity sponsors and/or corporate clients on transactions
• Strong drafting, deal execution and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on cross-border matters and manage client-facing responsibilities
