Senior Associate, Transactional Tax (M&A & Cross-Border)

National search for a senior transactional tax associate to join a top-tier, multi-office US tax practice. The role focuses on structuring and advising on domestic and cross-border M&A, partnership tax, private equity fund formation, capital markets and financings.

Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary deal teams on complex, high-value transactions for corporate, financial institution and sponsor clients. The position offers exposure to cross-office collaboration and significant transactional volume.

• Minimum of 4 years of law-firm experience in transactional tax practice.
• Experience on domestic and cross-border M&A, partnership tax, private equity fund formation, capital markets or financings.
• Strong technical tax skills and demonstrable transactional drafting and structuring experience.
• Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work in deal teams, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
