Join a leading international law firm's US asset management transactions team focused on the full spectrum of corporate work for asset managers, investment funds and related financial-services businesses. The practice handles buy-outs, minority GP-stakes, joint ventures, spin-outs, continuation funds, synthetic secondaries, NAV financings and related regulatory and compliance matters.

The group is seeking mid-level associates (minimum 4 years' experience) with substantive asset-management M&A or GP-stakes experience to work on cross-border and domestic transactions across the firm’s US offices.

Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification law firm experience; mid-level associates (approximately 5th–8th year) encouraged to apply
Demonstrable experience on asset management transactions (GP stakes, control and minority investments, continuation funds, secondaries or related liquidity solutions)
Strong transactional M&A/private equity drafting, negotiation and deal execution skills
Comfort advising across regulatory, fund-structuring and client-facing aspects of asset management deals
