Associate — Energy & Infrastructure M&A (New York)

Senior associate opportunity in a top-tier firm’s energy & infrastructure M&A practice based in New York. The role focuses on representing private equity sponsors, project developers, utilities, and infrastructure owners/operators on complex acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic transactions across energy, power and renewables.

The position combines corporate M&A and project-finance work: leading and supporting transactions from bid process through closing, advising on JV structures and coordinating cross-disciplinary deal teams. The team handles sophisticated, market-facing matters in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

• 4–7 years' relevant transactional experience (private equity M&A focus)
• Experience representing energy and infrastructure private equity sponsors, project developers, utilities or infrastructure owners/operators
• Background on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and project-finance-related transactions
• Proven ability to manage transactions from bid process through closing and work across corporate M&A and project finance disciplines
