Workplace Safety Attorney — California (Workplace Safety & OSHA)

Growing national labor & employment practice seeks an experienced workplace safety attorney to join its California team. The role focuses on Cal‑OSHA and workplace safety litigation, with substantial client contact, defense work, and engagement with opposing counsel.

Candidates will have opportunities to develop a public profile through writing, publishing, and speaking, and to contribute to practice development within a well‑resourced platform serving a broad range of industries.

• Juris Doctor and active, good‑standing admission to the California bar; must maintain licensure during employment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ workplace safety experience in private practice or government (Cal‑OSHA experience preferred).
• Experience handling workplace safety litigation and interacting directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills; interest in practice development and public-facing work (speaking/publishing) preferred.
