Apply in confidence →Midlevel associate role on a national ADA Title III team defending public-accommodation and related discrimination claims. The team handles high-volume and precedent-setting federal and state litigation and counsels clients on accessibility compliance and agency investigations.
Associates will work closely with senior team members on litigation strategy, drafting, discovery, motions practice, and client counseling. This is a hybrid-role opportunity with openings in Boston, New York, or Washington, D.C.
- 4–6 years of litigation experience, including experience with single-plaintiff and/or class-action discrimination matters
- Experience or strong interest in ADA Title III and/or Fair Housing Act matters preferred
- Excellent writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Admission to the Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, D.C. bar (required)
