Mid-level associate role in a nationally recognized labor & employment practice based in New York. The team advises and defends employers on a range of employment matters, including single-plaintiff, complex, collective and class-action litigation, and provides counseling on day-to-day employment issues.

3–6 years of employment/labor experience representing employers in litigation (including single-plaintiff, complex, collective and/or class actions)
Experience with depositions, court conferences, mediations, dispositive motions and, preferably, wage & hour matters
Admitted to the New York bar (admission in NJ, PA or CT a plus)
Excellent writing, oral advocacy, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
J.D. with strong academic credentials; judicial clerkship is a plus
