An opportunity is available to join the employment law practice group of a leading US law firm in its New York office. The team handles employment litigation and advisory work for a sophisticated client base.

The role involves substantial hands-on responsibility, including case development, legal research and writing, all aspects of discovery, witness interviews and investigations, and brief writing.

The ideal candidate brings one to three years of employment litigation experience and is eager to take on a high level of motivation and initiative within a collaborative practice.

• 1–3 years of employment litigation experience
• Experience in case development, legal research and writing, and all aspects of discovery
• Experience with witness interviews or investigations, and brief writing
• Strong academic credentials
