Senior associate role in a large, specialist Employment, Pensions & Incentives team based in Amsterdam. The team advises major employers and pension funds on high‑complexity pension matters, including transitions under the new pension framework, governance, indexation disputes and trustee/employer issues.

The role focuses exclusively on pension work: advising, litigation where required, and contributing to practice development. There is scope to support cross‑border and high‑profile matters within an international practice group.

At least 6 years' post‑qualification experience in pension law.
Excellent technical knowledge of Dutch pension law and strong litigation/advisory skills.
Client‑focused, proactive team player with good drafting and advocacy abilities.
Willingness to contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, presentations and publications; candidates without formal advocacy qualifications but with strong pension experience and the ambition to qualify as advocaat are encouraged to apply.
