Join a leading international law firm’s Amsterdam employment team as a Senior Associate. You will work on a mix of transactional and contentious employment matters, supporting multinational clients on restructurings, corporate transactions, international mobility, compensation & incentive plans, employee participation and equality law.

The role involves managing disputes and litigation, advising on the employment aspects of deals, providing day-to-day counsel to international employers, and supervising and mentoring junior lawyers. You will work closely with colleagues across the firm’s global employment network.

Netherlands-qualified lawyer
7–10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in private practice
Proven employment law experience (restructuring, litigation, international compensation & incentive plans, mobility)
Strong analytical, organisational and client-facing skills
Fluent in Dutch and English; ability to mentor and lead junior team members
