Senior Advocate – Employment & Pensions

Experienced employment lawyer role within a national practice advising on the full spectrum of labour and pension law for employers, works councils and pension providers. The team handles advisory and contentious work, including contracts, dismissals, reorganisations, collective labour law, secondments/immigration and pension issues, and works closely with corporate, tax, privacy and restructuring colleagues on M&A and reorganisations.

The role offers senior-level responsibility for complex files, client-facing advisory work and courtroom advocacy where required. You will collaborate across offices as part of a single integrated practice with short lines of communication.

There is scope to coach and mentor junior lawyers, contribute to knowledge sharing and quality control, and play an active part in developing the team and its client portfolio.

• At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in employment/ pensions law.
• Proven ability to manage and run complex advisory and litigation matters independently.
• Strong Dutch and English drafting and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience coaching junior lawyers and contributing to team development; commercial awareness and client-facing skills.
