An internationally recognised labour and employment practice is seeking a junior to mid-level Employment Associate to join its growing Amsterdam team. This is an opportunity to work within an ambitious Dutch practice that pairs an entrepreneurial, start-up-style energy with the resources of a global platform.

You will advise on large, often cross-jurisdictional matters as part of global client teams, with genuine front-line client exposure from day one. Work spans a broad spectrum of non-contentious employment law, including the employment aspects of corporate transactions, litigation, and multi-country projects.

The firm supports hybrid working, offers an associate development programme, and encourages involvement in workplace culture and pro bono initiatives, with contributions in that space counting toward chargeable targets.

Dutch-qualified lawyer with up to five years' experience (junior to mid-level)
Adept at handling a broad range of non-contentious employment law issues, including employment aspects of corporate transactions
Experience of employment litigation and multi-country projects
Strong matter management skills and ability to work on own initiative
Ambitious, self-motivated and committed to high-quality client service
